  When restaurant owners or customers create an account, we collect: full name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp number for restaurants), password (securely hashed), delivery address and location coordinates (for customers), restaurant name, physical address, location coordinates, working hours, country, menu details, food images, and restaurant description (for restaurant owners).

• Order Information

  When customers place orders, we collect and store order details including items ordered, total amount, delivery address, notes, and order history. This information is accessible to the restaurant fulfilling the order.

• Automatically Collected Information

  We automatically collect certain information when you visit or use our Service, including IP address, approximate location, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other usage statistics.

• Cookies and Similar Technologies

  We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your language preference, theme (light/dark), and shopping cart contents. We will send you essential transactional notifications (order confirmations, delivery updates, account security alerts, etc.) as part of providing the service. These do not require separate consent.

• With the restaurant you order from (they receive your name, phone, delivery address, and order details)

Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely in the cloud. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
