Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

Your access and use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Drizzlist.

Description of Service

Drizzlist provides a platform for restaurants to create and manage digital menus, generate QR codes, receive orders from customers, and (in the future) offer WhatsApp ordering, push notifications, loyalty programs, and customer reviews.

Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. One account may manage multiple restaurants. Each restaurant requires its own subscription (except on the free Basic plan).

Billing and Payment

Currently, the Service is free. When paid plans are introduced, you will be charged a flat monthly or annual subscription fee per restaurant.

We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of payment. After that, no refunds are provided.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (which will be clearly displayed during checkout). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method according to the selected plan.

If a recurring payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge up to three times over the following 7 days and send you email reminders. If payment is still not received by the end of this 7-day grace period, your restaurant(s) will be immediately downgraded to the free Basic plan. You may upgrade again at any time by adding a valid payment method and re-subscribing.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free Basic plan or any other plan at any time. Continued use of paid features will always require an active subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next period — we do not automatically cancel or prorate based on intent.

Free Trial

We may offer a 14-day free trial of paid features. After the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to continue using premium features.

Your Content and License

You retain ownership of all content you upload (menus, images, descriptions, etc.).

By uploading content, you grant Drizzlist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and rights to all content you upload.

Customer Orders and Restaurant Responsibility

Drizzlist only facilitates order transmission between customers and restaurants. The restaurant is solely responsible for preparing food, ensuring quality and safety, delivery, refunds, and all legal obligations related to food service. Drizzlist is not a party to any transaction between customers and restaurants.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload false, misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Termination and Suspension

You may delete your account at any time. All your data will be permanently deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service immediately, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. In such case, paid subscriptions will be refunded pro-rata for any unused pre-paid period. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such discontinuation.

No Warranty

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drizzlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hussam Altaie and Drizzlist from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date. By continuing to use the Service after any changes, you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Egypt.
